The InfoPrint® 1601 and 1602 Express and InfoPrint Color 1614 Express are the latest additions to InfoPrint Solutions Company’s growing portfolio of office printers.
The InfoPrint Express portfolio is specifically designed to help small and medium businesses keep their total cost of ownership low. These new models are designed to enable small businesses and workgroups to reduce their output costs with high-impact, affordable printing. As office printing needs change and grow, InfoPrint Solutions Company printers continue to meet client demands for higher throughput, reduced ownership costs and improved print quality.
The InfoPrint® 1601 and 1602 Express are low-cost, monochrome laser printers that print up to 28 pages per minute A4 (ppm)¹ with a first page-out-time as fast as 7.5 seconds¹. The 366 MHz processor handles complicated jobs efficiently for increased employee productivity. The “eco-mode” setting offers power-saving LED options along with a host of other settings to encourage energy conservation and reduced costs.
The InfoPrint 1602 Express offers all of the features of the 1601 Express and adds Ethernet and optional wireless Ethernet capability. Networking functions are designed to simplify installation and relocation by reducing cabling requirements. Wireless networking gives small businesses and workgroups significant flexibility to enhance employee productivity, enabling the InfoPrint 1602 Express to be installed in any location covered by a wireless network.
The InfoPrint Color 1614 Express provides high-impact, affordable color printing with a low cost of acquisition. With print times of up to 20 pages per minute ppm¹ A4 for color and 22 ppm¹ A4 for monochrome and a 375 MHz processor, the InfoPrint Color 1614 Express helps growing businesses quickly produce high-quality color and monochrome documents. The intuitive operator panel with its “show me” and “tell me more” display features, standard duplex, and a 65,000 page maximum monthly print volume² are designed to increase user productivity while decreasing user interventions.
Many businesses discover that the purchase of personal inkjet printers and supplies may not be visible in the budgeting process. With its low cost of acquisition and Color Care technology to help control color costs, the InfoPrint Color 1614 Express offers a sound alternative to inkjet printing. The Color Care features let businesses assign color print permissions by end user, install mono-only drivers or set times during the day when the printer operates in a black-only mode. The cost of each print job can also be reduced by using the printer’s toner saver settings, color saver feature or the proof-then-print capability.
