Trade-In Program for InfoPrint 6500

Terms
This program is effective from January 1 and June 27th, 2008.

Program Overview
Allow eligible customers to earn rebate money for trade-in of selected Printronix, Tally-Genicom and IBM legacy impact printers when purchasing a new InfoPrint 6500 model. New InfoPrint 6500 printers must be purchased and shipped from InfoPrint Solutions Company between January 1 and June 27th, 2008.

Eligible Trade-in Models

• PRINTRONIX L150, P300, P600, MVP, P3XXX, P4XXX, P5XXX, P6XXX, P9XXX
• Tally-Genicom line matrix and band printers only
• IBM 3262, 4234, 4245, 5225, 5262, 6252, 6262, 6408, 6412
• IBM 6400-XXX, 6400-i20, 6400-i24

Program Conditions

1. Customer or Reseller must apply for the trade in rebate and printer pick up within 60 days from time of delivery of the new InfoPrint 6500 line matrix printer.


2. Trade in applies only to new printers purchased and shipped from InfoPrint Solutions Company between January 1 and June 27th, 2008.


3. Customer or Reseller must complete a Trade in Certificate and W-9 forms, and provide a copy of the invoice for the new InfoPrint 6500 purchased. Documents must be sent via fax or email to:

4. If the trade in is for IBM models 3262, 4234, 4245, 5225, 5262, 6252, 6262, the customer or reseller must call InfoPrint Solutions Company and request a pick up. This is a no charge service offered by InfoPrint Solutions Company independent of the PRINTRONIX trade in program. The customer must provide confirmation of pick up to PRINTRONIX.

5. If the trade in is for IBM model 6408, 6412, 6400 (any speed), PRINTRONIX, Tally-Genicom and other manufacturers of non-InfoPrint Solutions Company branded band and line printers, the customer or reseller must call PRINTRONIX and request a pick up.

6. For printers picked up by PRINTRONIX:
   1. Customer must strap printer to pallet and have printer dock-ready for pick up.
   2. PRINTRONIX will contact customer with Return Authorization number and shipping and packaging instructions.
   3. PRINTRONIX will arrange printer pick up and pay for freight charges.


7. Trade in printer does not have to be functional; however, it must have all components. Missing parts may disqualify rebate.


8. PRINTRONIX will mail rebate check directly to the end user or Reseller if program conditions are fulfilled.
