Increase the productivity of larger workgroups and lower the total cost of printing with an InfoPrint® 1985. The robust 800 MHz processor supports a high duty cycle reliably and economically. Increase your customer’s flexibility with duplex and offset stacking capabilities allowing for print job separation. The optional high-capacity finishers provide an output of up to 3,800 sheets.³

USB direct interface	Boost convenience for users by allowing them to print PDF documents at the operator panel using the PictBridge certified USB direct port and a USB flash memory device. Simply select a file, choose the number of copies to be printed, and submit the file for printing.
Confidential print	Improve document security with PIN capability. Assign a PIN to a print job, and the printer can hold the job until the user arrives in person to release the job with the correct PIN.
Printer-resident, Web-based management tool	Resolve issues faster with a management tool that you can access from your browser. The real-time status window displays printer and supplies status, printer settings, e-mail status alerts and printing statistics.
MarkVision software	Simplify printer management with software that can make it easier to install, configure and manage printing from the desktop, server or Web.

4. The Image Quality (IQ) enhancement, whether 1200 or 2400, is a special print mode designed to vary the intensity of each individual printed dot by manipulating its size to produce the appearance of greater print resolution within the limitation of a set number of dots per inch (dpi).
