InfoPrint recommends that the number of pages per month be within the stated range for optimum device performance, based on factors including: supplies replacement intervals, paper loading intervals, speed, and typical customer usage.

USB direct interface	Boost convenience for users by allowing them to both print and scan PDF, TIFF and JPEG documents at the operator panel using the USB direct port and a USB flash memory device. Simply select a file, choose the number of copies to be printed, and submit the file for printing.
Confidential print	Improve document security with PIN capability. Assign a PIN to a print job, and the printer can hold the job until the user arrives in person to release the job with the correct PIN.
Secure network communications	Increase confidence in the security of your print solution with support for several network protocols. Configure and manage devices using authenticated and encrypted network communications. Use encryption and decryption to enable secure printing to network printers and protect the information on the internal hard disk drive.
