- The Maintenance Kit or Fuser is not customer installable. Installation support for genuine InfoPrint maintenance kits are provided in the US at no charge. Outside the US, installation services are available at InfoPrint’s current billable service rate for this product, with a one-hour minimum. The maintenance kit must be purchased separately by the customer before contacting InfoPrint for installation.
