Broad range of paper sizes and types	Most commonly used media can be loaded in the standard automatic 250-sheet paper drawer. The second paper source, the 50-sheet multi-purpose feeder conveniently located at the front of the printer, can be used for special paper, transparencies, envelopes, paper labels, card stock or index stock. Expedite jobs by using the simplex ADF that holds up to 50 sheets, to copy same-size or mixed-size original documents.

Easy-to-use operator interface	Achieve easy-to-use, walk-up MFP functions with our customizable 7" color touch screen. The adjustable-view e-task color touch screen provides easy access to print, copy or scan. The intuitive operator interface can help reduce training time and improve user productivity.
USB flash drive (Scan to and print from)	For convenient printing or scanning without using the network, use the USB flash drive port to print images and PDFs from a thumb drive as well as scan documents and save them to the thumb drive.
Confidential print	Improve document security with PIN capability. Assign a PIN to a print job, and the printer can hold the job until the user arrives in person to release the job with the correct PIN.
Sustainability and environmental conservation	Reduce the carbon footprint of your device. With high-yield toner cartridges, less cartridges are manufactured leading to less waste in the landfills. Choose the eco-mode setting and help consume less power.

3. The Image Quality (IQ) enhancement, whether 1200 or 2400, is a special print mode designed to vary the intensity of each individual printed dot by manipulating its size to produce the appearance of greater print resolution within the limitation of a set number of dots per inch (dpi).
