The InfoPrint® 1823 has everything you could ever want in a monochrome printer and more. Its 466 MHz processor makes quick work of complex jobs with a first-page-out time as fast as 6.5 seconds. Recommended Monthly Page Volume is a range of pages that helps customers evaluate InfoPrint’s product offerings based on the average number of pages customers plan to print on the device each month. InfoPrint recommends that the number of pages per month be within the stated range for optimum device performance, based on factors including: supplies replacement intervals, paper loading intervals, speed, and typical customer usage.
3. These numbers reflect an approximate average yield that has been established for each supply item indicated based on 5% coverage. Photoconductor yield is based on approximately 6 pages per job. These yields are not a guarantee of minimum life and are not covered under warranty, but are provided to assist in supplies planning. Actual usage should be used to establish the life of the supply product in each end user’s specific application. Many factors, such as print coverage per page, paper type and size, model type and environmental conditions can affect supply life. Standard duplex function	Reduce paper, storage and mailing costs with the standard, easy-to-use duplex unit.
Intuitive, easy-to-use operator interface	Streamline jobs and save operator time with an easy-to-use operator panel. Four-line by 20-character display, navigational elements, and “Show Me” text help determine job status and enable problem correction. Use the buttons to open a menu, scroll through a list of values, change printer settings and quickly respond to printer messages. Conveniently located 12 button numeric pad makes it easy to configure the printer and change settings.
Lower cost per page	The InfoPrint® 1823 offers a new 18,000 page aftermarket toner cartridge. This new cartridge will yield a lower cost per page than the 15,000 page cartridge offered on the 1822.
Environmentally conservative	With higher ship with and aftermarket toner levels plus a cartridge return-program, fewer cartridges are used and less packaging goes to landfills. The “Eco-mode” option is designed to reduce power consumption, and the “Quiet-mode” option can be set to reduce noise pollution. The rapid warm-up saves energy and reduces cost. Also, the InfoPrint 1823 uses our new low heat system so cooling fan use is minimized.
Large standard input capacity¹	Reduce intervention and improve user productivity with a standard input capacity up to 550 sheets. Both 250-sheet drawers can be adjusted to accommodate a wide range of paper sizes and most commonly used media. The second paper source, the 50-sheet multi-purpose feeder conveniently located at the front of the printer, can be used for special paper, transparencies, envelopes, paper labels, cardstock or index stock.¹
Printer-resident, Web-based management tool	Resolve issues faster with a management tool that you can access from your browser. The real-time status window displays printer and supplies status, printer settings, e-mail status alerts and printing statistics.
Advanced printing options	Expand the range of output you can produce quickly and cost effectively. Use the optional flash memory to print watermarks or overlays, such as company logos or letterheads, decorative borders and simulated pre-printed forms.
Obtain networking flexibility	The InfoPrint 1823 offers flexible networking options—including wireless. With wireless capability, you can relocate printers quickly and easily without the cost and delay associated with physical cabling. Boost the productivity of mobile workers by allowing them convenient access to the printer on a highly secure wireless LAN.
