Acceptable Limits

Locate the acceptable printing limits for your printing supply

In addition to InfoPrint’s standard maintenance offerings, InfoPrint also offers, for the printers listed below, maintenance contracts which include the provision of supplies, with pricing based on the number of impressions printed. Unless otherwise specifically stated to the contrary within the contract, the only supply item included in these contracts is toner. InfoPrint reserves the right to charge for excess supplies usage if the customer’s printing practices results in the excess consumption of toner such that they fail to achieve the Minimum Yield Limit stated below.

1. Minimum Yield Limit is measured in the number of A4 impressions per bottle or equivalent, is only relevant as a contractual limitation to the provision of supplies under the applicable contracts and should not be used for any other purpose.
