MAPPING Suite is easy to install and use
MAPPING Suite software is easy to install and use, compatible with many server platforms, and integrates easily with most output management infrastructures. You can purchase MAPPING Suite as a base module with the MAPPING Production and MAPDRAW components. The base module provides for connection to data sources, printer management for IBM iSeries (AS/400), and drag-and-drop document composition.

On top of the base module’s capabilities, optional MAPPING Suite software modules provide the following capabilities:

MAPOUT indexes and electronically archives business documents for secure storage and easy retrieval.
MAPCOM enables fax or e-mail with existing fax or e-mail servers.
MAPWEB enables local and remote users to access archived MAPOUT documents via a secured Web browser.
MAPSEND can deliver e-mail in PDF format from the production server.
MAPREPORT generates new print or XML files and reports from databases, ERP, CSV, XML or Excel files.
MAPOFFICE automates business correspondence, including personalized letters.
MAPPING OUTPUT MANAGER can serve as an AIX, UNIX, Linux or Windows spooler for managing print files, output queues and printers via a Web browser. This module can be purchased separately or in addition to the base module¹.
MAPPING VERSION MANAGER, a web-based versioning product, manages the lifecycle of templates to facilitate and simplify document deployment from a central site, once and for a given number of sites.
