The InfoPrint Solutions Partner website offers an abundance of information, available to you at your convenience.

By providing your name, company, and email address to sos@us.ibm.com, you will receive the InfoPrint Partner Edge , the source for all proactive InfoPrint Solutions Partner communications. In addition to the Edge, you will also receive the latest education, announcements, program updates, and news.

If you prefer person-to-person communications, InfoPrint Solutions Company hosts monthly Sales Update calls to provide you with new marketing offerings, information on product transitions, updated supply and availability, and recent programmes or process changes. These interactive calls are held the second Monday of every month and a replay is offered for 30 days after the call.

As an InfoPrint Solutions Partner Specialist, you are entitled to field support.

We also offer an 800-number for immediate answers to questions or a point of escalation for issues. The Sales Operations Support Team (SOS) is a dedicated channel support team that is available through by phone or e-mail to answer any printing related question, educate you on our programmes, or provide training when you need it.
