An InfoPrint Mailroom Integrity ADF Solution starts with vendor-neutral InfoPrint ProcessDirector software, which allows you to automate workflow, add your own functions, integrate third-party software and utilize multiple datastreams.

Mailroom Integrity ADF Solution

An InfoPrint Mailroom Integrity ADF solution can be tailored to your requirements with one or more of the following features:

Inserter feedback that verifies successful insertions and lists damages. Damaged jobs are automatically sent back to the printer of choice.
Reports. Verify that every document is printed and inserted properly.
Monitoring of existing camera or file-based inserters (an older inserter can also be retrofitted with a camera system). Verify that every page and every envelope are in sequence.
Detection and logging of damaged mail pieces. Operators can adopt a “touch and toss” policy. If the mail piece needs to be handled, it goes to the shredder – and the ADF system automatically detects the error and initiates the reprint.
Routing of damaged mail pieces to the printer of choice. Free production printers or eliminate unnecessary changeovers.
Status of any document in the process. See what’s happening in real time.
Split/sort/group capabilities. Establish rules to help process jobs more efficiently. For example:
- Change the mail piece production sequence
- Split larger jobs into smaller jobs
- Manage workload to different printers and inserters
- Separate documents tagged for e-delivery or PDF archival
