The InfoPrint Solutions Company remote support center is staffed by technicians with product specific skills. Many service issues can be resolved directly over the phone to get your printer back to work quickly.
When problems are not resolved through the InfoPrint Solutions Company remote support center, repair or exchange actions are based on the service plan that you have selected.
Under an on-site service plan, an InfoPrint Solutions Company service technician is dispatched to your location to repair the failing printer. - 24x7 Same Day ResponseWhen round-the-clock on-site service is required, a service technician is scheduled to arrive at your site within 24 hours of receiving the call, but can typically arrive within two to four hours after remote problem determination is completed.

- 9x5 Next Business Day ResponseFor customers selecting this coverage plan, a service technician is scheduled to arrive at your site on the business day after we receive your call. Business days are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, local time, excluding InfoPrint Solutions Company holidays.
For selected InfoPrint Solutions Company printers, InfoPrint Solutions Company service center plans are popular maintenance choices for small or medium companies or businesses with non-critical printing needs.
InfoPrint Solutions Company provides service centers to fix selected InfoPrint Solutions Company printers and/or provide convenient replacement printers. These printer offerings provide cost-effective solutions for you to get your printer back to full functionality with minimal impact to your operating environment. - Courier or Depot Repair ServiceFor customers selecting this coverage plan, the customer will return the printer for service and repair.

- 9x5 Next Business Day Depot/Courier ExchangeFor customers who are comfortable installing and de-installing their own equipment, the Depot/Courier Exchange ServicePac offering is a great solution. It's also perfect for key operators who independently manage their print environment.
- With this offering, InfoPrint Solutions Company sends a functional printer directly to your business location, typically at no charge to you.
- You install the replacement unit and ship the broken printer to an InfoPrint Solutions Company service center.
- Replacement printers will typically arrive at your business location the business day following your service call into the remote support center.

- Multi-Click Maintenance PlanThis is a special bid offering only. This service plan is available for select InfoPrint Solutions Company printers with InfoPrint Solutions Company On-site Same Day or On-site Next Business Day service plans. Multi-Click Maintenance includes:
- Cost of the toner and developer mix for each specified printer.
- Printer preventative maintenance, which includes replacement of consumable parts to help ensure optimal printer performance, visual inspection, cleaning and adjustment of the printer at recommended intervals.
There are two charges under the Multi-Click Maintenance Offering:
- The monthly maintenance charge (MMC) begins after the warranty period to cover repairs to the printer should it not function correctly.
- The usage based "click charge" is the part of the plan that adds additional coverage for toner, developer and preventative maintenance. The "click charge" starts at day of installation.
- Installation servicesThese complex printer solutions include installation services at your location. InfoPrint Solutions Company printer technicians can help unpack and install the printer(s) as well as perform a function check on the newly installed hardware.
- Customer Replaceable PartsCustomer replaceable parts (also called customer replaceable units or CRUs) are an efficient way to get your printer up and running quickly. Some InfoPrint Solutions Company printers include certain parts that are easily replaced and do not require the specialized skills of an InfoPrint Solutions Company service technician. InfoPrint Solutions Company provides simple instructions for you to install parts identified as CRUs. When a printer has CRUs available, you can elect to handle them yourself, saving your business time.
