We are responsible for and committed to concentrating our company-wide efforts on pursuing environmental conservation, which we believe to be an integral part of our business operations. By participating in and supporting environmental conservation activities, we will continue to contribute to the creation of a sustainable society.

The InfoPrint Environmental Management Program encourages reuse and recycling by providing our customers with a free and easy way to return their used InfoPrint workgroup printer supplies. This program has enabled InfoPrint and our customers to significantly reduce the number of cartridges and fusers that are delivered to landfill sites.

Individual Toner Cartridge Return Program

To return the toner cartridge, place the used product from the printer into the empty box of your replacement toner cartridge using the internal packaging for protection.

To return the toner cartridge:

1. Place the used product from the printer into the empty box of your replacement toner cartridge using the internal packaging for protection.
2. Seal the box securely with packaging tape or fold over the self sealing flap.
3. Remove existing labels from the box. Attach the return label for your applicable country that is included in the box with your new toner cartridge.
4. Mail the box.

InfoPrint Container Collection Program¹

This program is only available in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Israel, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey and the UK.

Returning your InfoPrint 1000 series toner cartridges in bulk is easy and free through the InfoPrint Container Collection Program. Customers participating in this Program receive containers that allow the return of multiple cartridges to provide convenience and to help reduce the transportation of used cartridges.

Below are instructions for container returns:

1. Order your container – we offer two sizes, small and large.
2. Small office containers hold 5 to 15 toner cartridges (39,5 x 58,5 x 75 cm). Large office containers hold 16 to 40 toner cartridges (79,5 x 118,7 x 75 cm)
3. Place your empty InfoPrint toner cartridge in the box of your replacement cartridge.
4. Store the empty cartridge in the box in the recycling container until it is full.
5. When the recycling container is full, go to www.infoprint.com/container to schedule a pick-up.

1. The individual toner cartridge return labels and container collection program are not for use with the InfoPrint 20, 21, 32 , 40 and the Network Printer 12, 17 and 24 toner cartridges.
2. Label valid for the following countries: Österreich, België/Belgique, Ceská Republika, Danmark, Suomi, France, Deutschland, Eλλάς, Magyarország, Ísland, United Kingdom, Luxembourg, Nederland, Norge, Portugal, Slovensko, Slovenija, España, Sverige, Suisse/Schweiz/Svizzera, Ireland.

Postage paid mailing labels and instructions are not currently packaged in the InfoPrint Solutions Company Network Printer 24 toner cartridge boxes. Please call the appropriate number for your country or region listed above, and we will gladly send them to you.

• InfoPrint Solutions Company has programs that enable end users to return their used InfoPrint Solutions Company Supplies free of charge.
• When InfoPrint Solutions Company receives a used supply item, the supply is completely disassembled. Each part is inspected and tested to determine whether a part will last through more life cycles. All critical parts are automatically replaced, along with used parts that will not last through additional life cycles. If it is determined that a part will retain its quality and performance, it is cleaned and reused.
• A used part that does not meet InfoPrint Solutions Company's high standard for quality and performance, is recycled into raw materials to make fuel and other products.
• InfoPrint Solutions Company offers high yield cartridges that have more than twice the print yield of standard cartridges requiring half as many cartridges to be built and shipped.
• Remanufactured supplies cost more money to manufacture than a newly manufactured toner cartridge. This is due to the cost of shipping the used product to a remanufacturing facility, taking apart each supply, running tests on the used parts, and cleaning the supply.
• A supply item remanufactured by InfoPrint Solutions Company has the same warranty as a newly manufactured InfoPrint Solutions Company printer supply.
• InfoPrint Solutions Company reduces waste by incorporating recycled materials into product packaging. The packaging of InfoPrint supplies contain 10-25 percent recycled materials. This packaging is also fully recyclable.
