PRESS RELEASE

Sandra Zoratti appointed to CMO Council North America’s Advisory Board

InfoPrint VP of Global Marketing Solutions joins prestigious marketing board.

Boulder, CO - June 9, 2009

Sandra Zoratti, VP of Global Marketing Solutions for InfoPrint, the joint venture between IBM and Ricoh, has been appointed to the CMO (Chief Marketing Officer) Council North America’s Advisory Board.

Zoratti’s appointment underlines InfoPrint’s commitment to driving thought leadership and best practices around the adoption of innovative personalized marketing techniques to enhance customer loyalty and optimize marketing ROI. Personalized marketing solutions such as TransPromo, utilize the combination of targeted one-to-one marketing messages on must read documents and across online communications. By working with industry-leading organizations such as the CMO Council, InfoPrint continues to educate businesses about the benefits of personalized and relevant marketing techniques which can significantly enhance customer loyalty.

As a long-time supporter of the CMO Council, Zoratti has often been called on as an expert and contributor to programs, including presenting a keynote address at the CMO Council’s CMO Summit in 2009. “Sandra was a natural selection for the Advisory Board,” said Donovan Neale-May, executive director of the CMO Council. “Her passion for marketing as well as InfoPrint’s dedication to innovations in targeted, timely, relevant and measureable communications will be a welcome voice on the Board.”

Additionally, InfoPrint and the CMO Council are collaborating once again on ground breaking research and pilot projects aimed at understanding the business needs of CMOs in today’s economy. Getting a Business Lift From Loyalty is a six-month milestone research initiative to determine key areas of optimization and opportunity and develop best practices for leveraging and maximizing loyalty programs. The research will highlight new, creative ways marketers can use retention marketing programs including rewards, loyalty, perk and points programs to engage and grow customers and advocates, a critical mandate for survival in today’s tough economy. Getting a Business Lift from Loyalty will audit and assess the operations and innovation in loyalty club programs as well as gain a deep understanding of the value and utilization of customer data to drive response rates and top line growth.

“I am delighted to be appointed to the CMO Council’s board, as it provides us with the opportunity to gather insights from leaders in the marketing field as we work together to drive the industry in delivering more targeted, personalized information across all communications channels,” said Zoratti. “Our solutions are industry-proven as an effective way to drive customer loyalty and improve efficiency in our current economy. Combine that with the CMO Council’s extensive knowledge and member base, and this collaboration will continue to go from strength to strength.”

The CMO Council is a peer-driven organization consisting of 4,000 global senior marketing decision makers, in both B-to-B and B-to-C market sectors, who control more than $120 billion in aggregated annual marketing expenditures, and operate across 90 countries in multiple industries.

Prior to working with InfoPrint, Zoratti was Director of Marketing and Strategy in IBM’s Printing Systems Division, and before that, worked with IBM in global marketing to small and medium-sized businesses. Her experience also includes working 15 years creating and executing marketing and business development initiatives worldwide for corporations such as Avery Dennison and Westinghouse, as well as setting up her own private marketing practice.

Sandra has an MBA from Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Cleveland State University.
