Our company recognizes that environmental conservation is part of our calling as a global citizen. We are responsible for and committed to concentrating our company-wide efforts on pursuing environmental conservation, which we believe to be an integral part of our business operations. By participating in and supporting environmental conservation activities, we will continue to contribute to the creation of a sustainable society.

The Environmental Management Program encourages reuse and recycling by providing our customers with a free and easy way to return their used workgroup printer supplies. This program has enabled us and our customers to significantly reduce the number of cartridges and fusers that are delivered to landfill sites.

Individual Toner Cartridge Return Program

1. To return the toner cartridge, place the used product from the printer into the empty box of your replacement toner cartridge using the internal packaging for protection.
2. Seal the box securely with packaging tape or fold over the self sealing flap.
3. Remove existing labels from the box. Attach the return label for your applicable country that is included in the box with your new toner cartridge (see below for return labels and country phone numbers, if your toner cartridge does not come with a return label please call the appropriate phone number for instructions on how to return your toner cartridge)
4. Mail the box.

1. The individual toner cartridge return labels and container collection program are not for use with the InfoPrint 20, 21, 32 , 40 and the Network Printer 12, 17 and 24 toner cartridges.

Core Return Program

The Core Return Program offers you a free and easy way of returning fusers (InfoPrint 1000 series only) for refurbishing and reuse. A return label is provided with each fuser and should be returned by following the process steps for individual toner cartridges.

If you need a fuser return label, contact 888-426-PRINT. Please note that individual and core return instructions are only for empty, used toner cartridges and fusers and does not apply to any other product or defective cartridges under warranty. For warranty return instructions, please contact your place of purchase.

Container Collection Program1 (EMEA)

This program is only available in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Israel, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey and the UK.

Returning your InfoPrint 1000 series toner cartridges in bulk is easy and free through the Container Collection Program. Participants in this program receive containers that allow the return of multiple cartridges to provide convenience and to help reduce the transportation of used cartridges.

Instructions for Container Returns

1. Order your container – we offer two sizes, small and large.
2. Small office containers hold 5 to 15 toner cartridges (39,5 x 58,5 x 75 cm). Large office containers hold 16 to 40 toner cartridges (79,5 x 118,7 x 75 cm)
3. Place your empty InfoPrint toner cartridge in the box of your replacement cartridge.
4. Store the empty cartridge in the box in the recycling container until it is full.
5. When the recycling container is full, go to www.infoprint.com/container to schedule a pick-up.
